International Teams
Visa Requirement Deadline
Thank you to the more than 50 international teams that have already contacted us about participating in the event. If your team requires Travel Visa support, please note that the window to apply is closing soon.
All new applicants must submit the following information no later than March 15:
Proof of martial arts rank and affiliation, along with two references from recognized international martial arts organizations.
For each traveler, provide: full legal name, date of birth, passport number, country of issue, passport issue date, passport expiry date, or clear photos of the passport information page.
Once all documents have been received and verified, we will issue an official invitation letter to support your Visa application.

After March 15, we will be unable to assist with any new Travel Visa requests.
Getting Here
Everything in Lethbridge is within a 20-minute drive. The Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre is located just five minutes from the downtown core, making access a breeze. Guests also have many options for taxis and Ubers.
Getting to Lethbridge is also easy. We’re just a two-hour drive from Calgary and one hour from the US border, or you can fly right into the Lethbridge Airport (YQL), and then we’re just a ten-minute drive away.
Parking
There is ample parking, with over 300 stalls in the North Lots and over 800 in the South Lots. Guests may also use public transit. We are conveniently located on the CITYLINK Orange route.
